FAQs
Upon selecting Billing, Order or Delivery Modules you will be requested to sign in by entering your BP Client Code and mobile phone number. Once completed you will receive a 4-digit OTP (One time Password) which you will be asked to fill in order to complete verification and sign in to your account. Signing in can be successful only by registered Intergaz Customers.
If you are an existing customer, your BP Client Code can be found on any Intergaz invoice on the top right corner.
In case you have not received the OTP for your sign-in verification you probably have the wrong mobile number registered. Please contact 7777 0606 and our customer service will assist you to complete sign-in accordingly.
If you are an existing customer, you must first login and click Order, select your tank level from the dropdown list, complete any remarks you want to add and place your order. If you want to become an Intergaz Customer for LPG Bulk please contact 7777 0606 or email us at info@intergaz.com.cy for more information.
If you are an existing customer, you must first login and click Billing. Select the outstanding Invoices you want to settle and click pay. Fill in your debit/credit card details and proceed to payment.
If you are signed into your account and cannot complete the payment of your invoice/s, please contact 7777 0606 or email us at info@intergaz.com.cy and our customer service will investigate the problem and assist you in completing your payment.
If you are not an existing customer, you will be able to use the Points of Sale Module to find out where Intergaz LPG Cylinders are sold direct in Cyprus and navigate the menu to learn more about our products and services.
